Having an interest in IT and all things tech, this role will give you the opportunity to learn and develop 1st line IT support skills.

Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills as well as patience and determination, you will be providing IT support and administration services to over 350 professional users across 7 offices.

Being pro-active and articulate, you will enjoy the challenge of working on an IT Helpdesk where your key tasks will include:

  • Logging helpdesk calls and providing assistance to resolve 1st line issues
  • Email administration such as releasing quarantined emails
  • Day to day administration of our Cloud based software
  • Creating and closing user accounts
  • Day to day administration of our Cloud based file sharing service
  • Asset logging / keeping asset register up to date
  • Distributing IT equipment to staff
  • Installing software and obtaining back-ups
  • Building laptops/phones/tablets for end users
  • Production of user guides/training notes

You will have:

  • Experience of working on an IT helpdesk OR a desire to build a career within IT
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 as well as Microsoft Office
  • A good standard of education (minimum of 9 GCSE’s or equivalent) grades A*-C. IT related qualifications would be advantageous
  • Full Driving Licence with access to a car
