We are looking for an experienced Accounts Senior/Semi-Senior to join our expanding Corporate and Business Services team in Plymouth.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent accounts preparation skills, and will enjoy working with a variety of key clients across a broad range of sectors.

Ranked in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for, you will be joining one of the UK’s fastest growing accountancy practices with 29 partners across seven offices located throughout the wider South West.

You will be involved in the preparation of financial accounts for owner managed corporate businesses as well as assisting with all aspects of tax compliance.

Keen to build on your practical experience, you will also enjoy maintaining consultative client relationships, as well as introducing other services to new and existing clients.

This role would suit AAT qualified or part qualified accountants who are looking to take on a diverse and exciting role within a Times Top 100 firm.

You will have:

  • AAT Qualified or part qualified (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of eighteen months experience of preparing financial accounts ideally within a practice environment – some industry experience would be considered.
  • Excellent IT Skills and a good standard of education (min. 2 A Levels, 9 GCSE’s (Or Equivalent) with Min. Grade B’s in Maths and English
  • Experience of Xero would be advantageous.
