We are looking for a Client Support Administrator to join our growing Truro office.

This role will be a combination of Client Support and Front of House duties and will appeal to candidates who are looking for a fast-paced role within one of Cornwall’s leading employers.

The Role

Supporting our client delivery and operation support teams, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to our clients. Your day to day tasks will include:

  • Liaising with the accounts preparation and tax teams to ensure that all work is properly scheduled and delivered on time
  • Front of house and reception duties
  • Supporting our teams with admin and day to day operational matters such as managing meeting rooms, typing, scanning, maintaining databases and assisting with events.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with risk management procedures through new client set up processes, including issuing letters of engagement and completion of anti-money laundering checks
  • Overseeing the process of obtaining confirmations from banks and debtors
  • Supporting client managers with management of costs on client assignments and timely billing
  • Drafting client deliverables using standard templates for review by client teams

What we are looking for

To be considered for the role, you will need have:

  • Strong administration skills, preferable gained from within a banking, financial services and/or accountancy environment
  • Good IT skills with a strong working knowledge of MS office including Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A well organised and enthusiastic approach to work, with a friendly, cheerful and outgoing personality
